Baking cups and loaf-liners (and Panettone
molds)
We
distribute baking cups and loaf liners in a variety of sizes, colors, and
specialized papers. These products are available in drywax paper or greaseproof
paper, both of which provide excellent baking properties.
Baking cup sizes usually available; other sizes
can be special ordered.

Panettone molds
|
Made in Italy, these molds are high-quality
fluted paper with a decorative design. The panettone can be baked
in the mold and served and/or sold as is. The paper panettone
cups can be found at only a few specialty baking-supply stores
and on the web, but with only a small selection of sizes and high
prices.
Our hard-to-find panettone mold is 3 1/2
inches wide and 3 1/2 inches high and holds about a half-pound
panettone (examples below, larger panettone liner at right).
